PLACE: Bellwood Sportsmen’s Club, Bellwood Pa. From Interstate 99, exit at the Bellwood exit 41, and head toward Bellwood on Route 865. At the traffic signal, cross old Route 220 between the Sheetz store and the Martins store, and go up the hill, where you will cross the new (opened September 27th, 2002!!) bridge over the railroad tracks. Continue on route 865, North Tuckahoe Street. Continue to follow Tuckahoe/Route 865 North up through Bellwood past Bel-Tip Road on your right and Grandview Road on your left. Still heading north, like you are going to Blandburg and Glasgow, you go up a little rise and down a little hill. As soon as you see a speed change to 55 mph, look to your left for the Club. There is a sign that says "Bellwood Sportsmen’s ". Go down the lane and over the bridge past the clubhouse building and over the second bridge to the range.
TIME: The first relay will begin firing at 8:30am.
RANGE: 20 covered firing points.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all shooters.
CLASSIFICATION: NRA classification will be used. Unclassified shooters will compete in the Master class. Rule 19.6, Assigned Classification. Or Rule 19.2, Temporary classification, will apply. Classes and categories that have enough entries (5) to stand alone will do so, while others will be combined for awards.
CATEGORIES: Civilian and Junior categories only.
RULES: Current NRA rules will apply.
SQUADDING: Competitors will be assigned one firing point for the entire tournament.
RIFLE: .22 caliber as per NRA rule 3.2 (any rifle any sights).
AWARDS: Cash or NRA award points equal to 60% of entry fees to 20% of shooters. Each match will have a winner plus a winner in each class.
SCORING: Challenges will be $1.00. Ties will be broken by rule 15.7
COURSE OF FIRE: Match 1 – 40 shots at 50 yds, A-23 target
Match 2 – 40 shots at 50 yds, A-27 target
Match 3 – 40 shots, Dewar course, A-23 and A-25 targets
Match 4 – 40 shots at 100 yds, A-25 target
Match 5 - Aggregate of matches 1-4

COMPETITOR RESPONSIBILITY: It is the responsibility of the competitor to arrive at the range sufficiently in advance of the scheduled firing time to check in with the statistical office and to prepare for firing. Competitors who fail to report to the firing line when their relay is called forfeit the right to fire in that match or, at the desecration of the Match Director, to fire in the remaining matches. Competitors will change their own targets and to bring their own clips for their targets & backers.
